Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern participation in and use of Super League ("the League"), including its website, Discord community, competitions, league administration, associated software and bots, account verification services, and other services operated for the League.

By participating in the League or using its services, you agree to these Terms and to applicable rules published by the League. Certain League competitions, teams, or services may have additional rules that form part of these Terms.

1. League Participation

The League may organize competitions and activities involving teams, players, managers, staff, officials, and community members. Participation is subject to League rules, eligibility requirements, scheduling decisions, disciplinary procedures, and administrative decisions.

The League may establish or change competition formats, schedules, eligibility requirements, roster limits, transfer rules, contract rules, and other operational rules as reasonably necessary to operate the competition.

2. Teams, Players & Staff

League records may include team registrations, rosters, player assignments, managers, staff roles, contracts, transfers, applications, and other information required to administer the competition.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with decisions and instructions issued by authorized League staff.

3. Matches & Competition Records

The League may record and publish fixtures, match results, standings, statistics, awards, disciplinary outcomes, and other competition records. Such records may be retained as part of the League's historical record.

4. Administration & Moderation

Authorized League staff may moderate League spaces, enforce rules, investigate incidents, manage permissions, resolve disputes, and take disciplinary action where appropriate. Measures may include warnings, removals, suspensions, roster restrictions, match penalties, disqualification, or bans from League services.

League security systems may monitor relevant administrative actions and security events to detect abuse, raids, unauthorized changes, mass actions, or attempts to compromise League infrastructure.

5. Discord Services

Super League may use Discord applications and bots to provide team management, moderation, tickets, applications, notifications, logging, verification, and other League functionality. Discord remains a separate third-party service and its own terms and policies apply.

6. Roblox Verification

An optional Roblox account-verification service may allow a participant to associate a Roblox account with a Discord account through Roblox's OAuth authorization system. The service does not intentionally request Roblox passwords or session cookies. Users should review Roblox's authorization screen before approving access.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use League services to unlawfully harass, defraud, threaten, impersonate, compromise, disrupt, or abuse other users or League infrastructure. You must not bypass permissions, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, manipulate League systems without authorization, or deliberately interfere with competitions or administrative systems.

8. Applications, Reports & Appeals

The League may operate application, report, ticket, appeal, and support systems. Information submitted through these systems may be reviewed by authorized League staff for administration, moderation, dispute resolution, and security purposes.

9. Availability

League websites, bots, verification systems, and other services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Availability, features, records, and integrations may change or be discontinued without notice.

10. Third-Party Services

League services may depend on Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, authentication systems, and other third parties. The League is not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, or failures originating from those services.

11. Suspension & Termination

Access to League services may be restricted or terminated when necessary to enforce rules, protect users or infrastructure, maintain competitive integrity, or respond to abuse. A server owner or administrator may remove League bots from their server at any time.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the League, its competitions, and its services evolve. The latest version will be published on this website. Continued participation or use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be directed through official Super League support or administrative channels, or by contacting simplyuncool_ on Discord.
